Questions about the application process and requirements
Unfortunately, all our diploma programs require science subjects (Biology and science) at the Grade 12 level with at least a credit. This is essential for understanding our programs' medical and health science concepts. If you don't have these subjects, you may need to upgrade your qualifications first.
We have two intakes per year:
• January Intake: Classes begin on January 15th
• July Intake: Classes begin on July 15th
Application deadlines are typically one month before each intake begins.
Once you submit your complete application with all required documents and payment, we typically review applications within 2-3 weeks. Successful candidates will be contacted for interviews (if required) or direct admission notification. We recommend applying early to ensure your place.
Yes, you can apply for multiple programs, but you must submit separate applications and pay the application fee for each program. However, we recommend focusing on your preferred program as each has specific requirements and career paths.
Your application cannot be processed without all required documents. However, if you're waiting for certain documents (like exam results), you can submit a provisional application and provide the missing documents before the deadline. Contact our admissions office for guidance on your specific situation.
Yes, you can apply entirely online through our application portal. You’ll be able to create an account, fill in your details, upload required documents, and pay the application fee without visiting the campus. If you experience any technical difficulties or have questions during the process, our support team is available to assist you.
